Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be in the processing stage, and changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you are still not satisfied, you may return the items after 14 days and within 60 days of your purchase under our money-back guarantee. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

support@omnivybe.com. To expedite your return, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for the purchase.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if the product itself has a defect or is physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with intact products does not qualify as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing
support@omnivybe.com. Include a clear photo of the damage for review. If eligible, we will replace the item at no cost. We do not issue refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handlings.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, Omnivybe™ is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot offer a resend or refund for the items.
