Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time is based on the transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Shipping times depend on your location. Below are estimated delivery times:
🇺🇸 United States: 5–7 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 10–12 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 10–12 business days
🌍 Rest of the World: 7-12 business days
Please note that during peak times and holidays, delays in transit or tracking updates may occur due to factors outside our control. For worldwide shipments, customs delays may also increase delivery timeframes.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in processing delays or order cancellations.
If our system detects an address issue, we will email you within 3 business days to verify the details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at
support@omnivybe.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee them after this time.
Delayed Delivery
At Omnivybe™, we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Courier issues during transit (e.g., severe weather, disruptions)
- Customs delays for international orders
- Address verification or payment processing delays
While we are not liable for delays caused by external factors, we will work with the courier to resolve any issues and keep you updated. If delays arise, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at
support@omnivybe.com, and we will assist you as much as possible.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have a claims process for such cases. We can also follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates.
While Omnivybe™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. Filing a police report is also recommended for stolen packages.
